This
swatch is a combination of Quaker wool/nylon yarn and a rayon chenille
yarn . The
wool content
enables the fabric to felt (only animal fibers felt) and the chenille
yarn provides added texture and color. The striped pattern is random,
caused by the serendipitous mingling of the two colors of yarn.

The Lending Library To enable customer who are not familiar with felted wool to see and feel the material before making a purchase, we offer 3" x 3" swaches of each type of felt we make. Because of the wide range of colors we offer, we cannot at present offer swatches in every color. Each swatch initially costs $4 plus $2 shipping. When you return a swatch from the swatch lending library, we will refund the $4 purchase price (but not the shipping). You may also keep the swatch for the $4 price, if you prefer. $4 |
