by the Quaker Company, this 90% wool/10% nylon yarn felts into a tight,
exceptionally strong felt with a smoother, harder surface finish than
merino wool. This wool resists stretching better than most
yarns

The Lending Library To enable customer who are not familiar with felted wool to see and feel the material before making a purchase, we offer 3" x 3" swaches of each type of felt we make. Because of the wide range of colors we offer, we cannot at present offer swatches in every color. Each swatch initially costs $4 plus $2 shipping. When you return a swatch from the swatch lending library, we will refund the $4 purchase price (but not the shipping). You may also keep the swatch for the $4 price, if you prefer. $4 |
