Payment MethodsWe accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover cards via PayPal (no PayPal account needed), direct transfers from bank accounts through your PayPal account. All orders shipped to California addresses will be charged 8.75% sales tax. International OrdersWe currently do not ship internationally. Check back in the future! Exchanges and Return PolicyWe want you to be completely satisfied with your Feltz Design product. While we try to fairly represent our products, differences in color or texture may result from variation in computer monitors. If you have questions prior to purchasing, please email us through the Contact Us page on this web site or use the contact information below. If you are not familiar with felted material and would like to purchase a sample, please see the "swatches" product category. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the product you receive, return it with the return form you receive with your order for a refund so that we receive the returned item within 30 days from the date you receive it. All products returned for a refund must be unused and undamaged with all original tags and labels attached. Please make sure the item is securely wrapped. Insurance and tracking are recommended. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and original shipping charges are not refundable. If we receive items after the 30 day return period, there will be a 50% restocking fee. We reserve the right to inspect items before accepting a return. If we accept the return, we will credit your original method of payment promptly, excluding any original shipping charges. If the product you purchase fails due to materials or workmanship with normal use during the first 60 days after you receive it, simply return the item with the return form you received with the item, your name and address, and a description of the problem. This warranty applies to the original buyer and is not transferable to third parties. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will repair the item or replace it with the same or similar item at no cost to you. Repair or replacement will be at our option, as sometimes the same materials may not be available. We reserve the right to inspect the damaged item and reject returns for repair or replacement if the item has been misused. After the 60-day warranty period there will be an additional charge for repairs. Shipping and InsuranceDuring checkout, you can select the shipping method you prefer. We offer shipping via USPS First Class Mail and Priority mail and overnight for all products except swatches, which are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. Most items are in stock and can be sent out within a few days of your order. However, if the item is not in stock, and we have to make it specially for the order, it will take up to 4 weeks for you to receive your order. GiftsIf the item you purchased is a gift, give us your message in the "optional comments" box on the order form when placing your order and we will include a gift tag with a short personalized message from you. We do not have gift wrapping at this time, but maybe in the future! A Note About SizesBecause all Feltz Designs products are hand crafted, some variation in size is to be expected. The dimensions of the products listed in each product page are approximate.
